Business Plan for the Le Café Noir Café

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu, který popisuje založení společnosti s ručením omezeným. Cílem práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu společnosti zabývající se hostinskou činností a zhodnocení, zda je tento projekt reálný i z ekonomického hlediska. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním základních pojmů podnikání a popisem účelu a struktury podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro konkrétní společnost.

Abstract:

This B.A. thesis deals with a business plan describing the formation of a limited liability company. The purpose of the thesis is to draw the business plan of a company dealing with restaurant services, and to analyse whether this project is feasible also from the economical point of view. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of doing business and describes the purpose and structure of a business plan. The practical part focuses on the drawing up of a business plan for a particular company.
