Physical values control during the material endurance testing

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řízením fyzikálních veličin při provádění zátěžových zkoušek materiálu ve zkušebně automobilových hadic a v komoře pro vyzrávání betono-vých vzorků. U zkoušky automobilových hadic je regulovanou veličinou tlak. Zkušebna je k PC připojena pomocí jednotky Datalab IO/USB. Řízení zkušebny je zajištěno pomocí programu ControlWeb 2000. Řízený proces byl popsán systémem druhého řádu. Pro řízení byly použity regulátory založené na metodě přiřazení pólů a to jak s pevně nastavenými parametry tak samočinně se nastavující. Komora pro vyzrávání vzorků je systémem se dvěma vstupy a dvěma výstupy s vnitřními interakcemi. Regulovanými veličinami jsou teplota a vlhkost. Komora je k PC připojena přes rozhraní RS 485 pomocí modulů ADAM. Řízení komory je zajištěno pomocí programu ControlWeb 2000. Pro řízení byly apliková-ny samočinně se nastavující regulátory pro řízení systémů se dvěma vstupy a dvěma vý-stupy založené na metodě přiřazení pólů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the control of physical variables during the material endurance testing in the car tube test room and the maturing chamber for concrete samples. The con-trolled variable in the car hose test is pressure. The communication between the test room and PC is established by Datalab IO/USB unit and the control is assured by ControlWeb 2000. The proces is described as the second order system. The used controllers for this process are based on pole placement both with fixed parameters and adaptive ones. The maturing chamber is a system with two inputs, two outputs and cross - coupling. The con-trolled variables are temperature and moisture. Communication between the chamber and PC is established by RS 485 with the ADAM modules and the control is made in Contro-lWeb 2000 as well. The adaptive controllers for two inputs/outputs systems based on pole placement are used for the control.
