Comparison of the Notification Criteria Concerning Merger Control in the EU Member States
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje jednotlivé typy kritérií, jež jsou využívány pro určení, která spojení soutěžitelů podléhají povolení ze strany soutěžních úřadů, včetně hodnocení jejich výhod a nevýhod, jakož i porovnání notifikačních kritérií aplikovaných jednotlivými členskými státy Evropské unie.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis analyses different types of criteria designed to establish which concentrations of undertakings are subject to approval by competition authorities. It also weighs up the advantages and disadvantages of these notification criteria as well as compares notification criteria applicable in individual member states of the European Union.
