Retail banking as specific a part of bank business
Abstract:
In this thesis work I am describing the quality of banking products and services and their impact on customer satisfaction. In the overall sense was highlighted the importance, significance, status, and customer satisfaction in retail banking.
Abstract:
V tejto bakalárskej práci som popisovala kvalitu bankových produktov a služieb a ich vplyvu na spokojnosť klienta. V celkovom ponímaní bola vyzdvihnutá dôležitosť, význam, postavenie a spokojnosť klienta v retail bankingu.
