Psychosocial load and working conditions of nursing
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena zejména na otázky stresových situací, zvládání těchto situací, relaxaci a odpočinek. První část je věnována definicím těchto pojmů a možnostem, jak předcházet stresovým situacím. Druhá část je zaměřena na práci s příručkou Sestra a stres a na výzkum související s tímto postupem. Obsahuje také vyhodnocení dotazníků od respondentů, zdravotníků.
Abstract:
The thesis is mainly focused on issues of stressful situations, coping with these situations, relaxation and recreation. The first part is devoted to definitions of terms and options to avoid stressful situations.
