Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce byla aplikace cost-benefit analýzy na plánovaný investiční záměr "Revitalizace toku s protipovodňovými opatřeními." Důležitým výstupem práce je také vyhodnocení možných forem financování této investice. V práci jsem analyzovala finanční situaci a již realizované investiční projekty obce Vlkoš pomocí cost-benefit analýzy. Na základě provedené analýzy, zjištěných skutečností a dostupných podkladů, bylo možné zhodnotit, že veřejné zdroje byly obcí Vlkoš vynaloženy efektivně. Stěžejní části práce byl projekt, ve kterém byla rovněž aplikována cost-benefit analýza na plánovaný investiční záměr "Revitalizace toku s protipovodňovými opatřeními," který na základě vypracované analýzy doporučuji obci Vlkoš realizovat. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byla obci navržena možná forma financování tohoto investičního záměru.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis was an aplication of cost-benefit analysis for the investment plan called "River Revitalization with Flood Protection Measures". An important output of this thesis is also an assesment on possible forms of funding for this investment. With the help of cost-benefit analysis, I analysed the financial situation and investment projects, which have been implemented in municipality Vlkoš before. Based on the accomplished analysis, data available and facts ascertained, it was possible to asses that all of the sources were used effectively by municipality Vlkoš. The main part of this thesis was a project, where the cost-benefit analysis was also used, this time for an investment plan called "River Revitalization with Flood Protection Measures", which, based on the accomplished analysis, I advise to minucipality Vlkoš to implement. On the basis of ascertained facts, there is a possible form of funding for this investment plan advised to municipality Vlkoš.
