Abstract:

Jako svou diplomovou práci jsem zpracovala v Zemském archivu v Opavě, pobočka Olomouc archivní fond, který nese název: Hanácký akciový pivovar rolnický se sladovnou v Olomouci 1896 - 1948/1985/. Stejný název má i moje diplomová práce. U této diplomové práce jde o inventární studii.Práce se skládá z několika částí. Jednou z nich je Úvod k inventáři, který je rozdělen na pět kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány dějiny a vývoj původce fondu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje informace o vývoji a dějinách archivního fondu. Ve třetí kapitole najdeme údaje o archivní charakteristice jednotlivých typů archiválií. Ve čtvrté kapitole je proveden stručný rozbor obsahu jednotlivých dokumentů fondu. Z paté kapitoly je možné se dozvědět jméno osoby, která fond zpracovala, místo, kde došlo ke zpracování fondu a dobu, kdy byl tento fond zpracován. Způsob uspořádání archiválí je zaznamenán v inventárním seznamu, ve kterém jsou archiválie rozděleny podle příslušných archivních pravidel do pěti hlavních skupin. Jsou to tyto skupiny: Knihy, Spisy, Účetní materiál, Plány a Fotografie. Spisy a účetní materiál jsou dále děleny do několika podskupin. Pro lepší orientaci v jednotlivých skupinách a podskupinách jsou k nim vytvořeny rejstříky a to osobní, místní, institucí a věcný. Diplomová práce také obsahuje Úvod a Závěr. V Úvodu k této práci jsou uvedeny důvody,proč jsem si vybrala jako téma diplomové práce zpracování tohoto archivního fondu. V Závěru se zamýšlím nad zvoleným postupem mé práce a nad problémy, které během mé práce při zpracování tohoto fondu vznikly. K práci je připojen seznam použitých pramenů a literatury. Součástí této diplomové práce jsou také jako doklad administrativních úkonů spojených s pořádáním, resp. se zpracováním tohoto archivního fondu následující přílohy: Zápis o vnitřní skartaci, Protokol o schválení pomůcky a Hlášení vnitřní změny. Rozsah diplomové práce bez příloh je 64 stran. Tato diplomová práce bude sloužit jako pomůcka pro badatele při zkoumání daného archivního fondu.

Abstract:

I worked on my graduation thesis in Provincial Archives in Opava. This thesis bears the same name as the branch Archive Fund in Olomouc and is called: Hanna joint - stock Brewery farming with a malt- house in Olomouc 1896 - 1948/1985/. This graduation thesis is an inventory study. This project consist of several parts. One of them is an introduction to the inventory that is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter I described the history and the development of the fund originator. The second chapter contains information about the development and the history of the archive fund. In the third chapter we can find some dates about the archive characteristic of particular types of archival documents. A brief analysis of the summary of the particular fund documents was made in fourth chapter. Subsequently we can learn the name of a person, who compiled this fund, both the place and the time, when the fund was elaborated. The form of record organization is noted down in the inventory list, where the records are divided into five main groups according to the appropriate archive rules. The groups are these: Books, Files, Accounting materials, Plans and Pictures.The Files and the Accounting materials are then divided into several subgroups. I have set up indexes for a better overview of the particular groups and subgroups - the personal, the local, the institutional and the factual one. An Introduction and a Conclusion are also found in this thesis. There are given some reasons in the Introduction, why I chose this topic for my thesis - the elaboration of the archive fund. In the Conclusion I reconsider the adopted method of my project and the problems that arose during this fund elaboration. You will find a list of the used sourge books and the literature attached at the beginn of this diploma paper. The following appendixes serve as a proof of administrative work connected with the fund organization and elaboration: Record of the inside shredding, Protocol about the approval of documentation aids, Report of the inside change. The range of this work is 64 pages without appendixes. I hope my graduation thesis will give researchers a helping hand, when studying this archive fund.
