Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Učivo v odborném vyučování v české a italské střední odborné škole s možností využití inženýrské pedagogiky (Komparativní studie)” přibližuje rozdíly ve vzdělávání žáků na středních odborných školách v České republice a Itálii. Zabývá se školským systémem obou zemí jak obecně, tak ve vztahu ke konkrétním odborným školám a to i na úrovni neformálního vzdělávání včetně organizací s ním spojených. V její praktické části následuje porovnání nejběžněji používaných učebnic pro odborný předmět stolničení z hlediska kvality a aktuálnosti odborných poznatků z pohledu učitelů i žáků obou zemí.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "The curriculum of vocational education in the Czech and Italian vocational school with potential of engineering pedagogy utilisation (Comparative study)” gives an idea of difference between the education of students of vocational schools in the Czech Republic and Italy. It deals with the education system of these countries, both generally in relation to specific gastronomic schools and at the level of informal education some organizations associated with it. The practical part follows with comparing the most commonly used textbooks for vocational subject Table setting, their quality and timeliness of expertise from the perspective of teachers and students from both countries.
