The Orphan Care in Bratislava from 1850 until 1860

This bachelor´s thesis describes the organization of orphan care in Bratislava from 1850 until 1860 and the ways of operation of the institutions providing this orphan care in the set period. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the analysis of the legislative base for orphan care and the functioning of the Orphan Commission in Bratislava as an institute of orphan authority. Táto bakalárska práca charakterizuje organizáciu starostlivosti o siroty v Bratislave v rokoch 1850-1860 a fungovanie inštitúcii sprostredkujúcich túto starostlivosť v uvedenom období. Bakalárska práca sa sústreďuje na analýzu legislatívnej základne ochrany sirôt a sirotského majetku a fungovanie Sirotskej komisie v Bratislave ako úradu sirotskej správy v rokoch 1855-1860.
