This master's diploma thesis introduces the strategic plan for the development of Slezske Rudoltice Castle which is located in the Moravian-Silesian region in the Osoblažsko area. Osoblažsko is one of the poorest areas in the Czech Republic. It has long struggled with high unemployment as well as insufficient civic facilities which is taken into account in this thesis.
