Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá psychohygienou. Práce zahrnuje témata jako jsou: deprese, úzkost, stres i další negativní stavy, které vznikají vlivem stresu. V neposlední řadě se tato práce zabývá syndromem vyhoření. Tyto všechny oblasti jsou zpracovány s ohledem na využití v psychohygieně středoškolských učitelů a učitelek. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje v teoretické části techniky, kterými je možné předcházet stresu a syndromu vyhoření v učitelské profesi. V praktické části jsou analyzovány dotazníky. Jeden dotazník jsem sestavil podle rozhovorů s učiteli a druhý je použit z knihy Metody pedagogického výzkumu: základy kvantitativního výzkumu a zkoumá míru syndromu vyhoření ve čtyřech oblastech. Jedná se o oblast emoční, rozumovou, sociální, fyzickou.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with mental hygiene. The work includes topics such as: depression, anxiety, stress and other negative states which arise due to stress. Finally, this work deals with the burnout syndrome. All of these areas are processed with regard to the use of the psychohygiene high school teachers. This thesis describes the techniques that can prevent stress and burn out in the teaching profession in thetheoretical part. There are analyzed questionnaires in the practical part. In the theoretical part of this thesis, techniques that can prevent stress and burn out in the teaching profession are describes. In the practical parts questionnaires are analysed. One questionnaire I compiled by interviewing teachers and the other is used in the book Metody pedagogického výzkumu : základy kvantitativního výzkumu and explores the extent of burnout in four areas-emotional, intellectual, social and physical.
