Diplomová práce se zabývá edukací pacientů před a po ortotopické transplantaci srdce. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny informace o anatomii, fyziologii, důležitosti edukace pacientů, dárcovství, transplantacích a vyšetřeních, na které se práce také soustředí, ale pouze okrajově. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on education of patients before and after the orthotopic heart transplantation. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part provides information about anatomy, physiology, importance of patient education, organ donation, transplantation and examinations, which the thesis also focuses on, but only marginally.
