Loxodroma and logarithmic spiral
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá křivkami, konkrétně logaritmickou spirálou a loxodromou. Nejdříve definujeme některé vlastnosti rovinných křivek, které využijeme v další kapitole. Poté se podíváme na logaritmickou spirálu a její unikátní vlastnosti. Na závěr zadefinujeme loxodromu a její vztah se stereografickou projekcí.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dealing with curves, more specifically logharitmic spiral and loxodrome. First of all we define some characteristics of plane curves, which we will use in the next chapter. Then, we will look at logarithmic spiral and its unique attributes. In the end we will define loxodrome and its relation with stereographic projection.
