Přiblížení problematiky medu z hlediska jeho chemické podstaty, fyzikálních vlastností, státní legislativy a s tím spojené obchodní bilance medu na českém trhu. The thesis draws on the issue of honey from the view of chemical composition, physical attributes, national legislate and trade balance on the Czech market. It adverts to the use of its positive effects in alternative medicine and naturopathy, in the areas of detoxication and regeneration and the plausible prevention of lifestyle diseases.
