Apartment flats and Dutch Villages in the Czech Republic - positive or negative phenomenon?

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výskyt apartmánových bytů a holandských vesniček v České republice a jeho vlivu na život místních obyvatel. Obsahuje definice a charakteristiky vybraných klíčových slov, úvod do historie ubytovacích zařízení, stručný vývoj cestovního ruchu v posledních letech, popis jednotlivých organizací zapojených do cestovního ruchu a jejich avizované priority pro budoucí vývoj cestovního ruchu. Řešené je zde i téma ohledně placení místních poplatků a dopadech výstavby apartmánových bytů nejen na život místních obyvatel, ale i na celé životní prostředí. Analytická část podává ucelený soubor informací o vybraných oblastech, které jsou výskytem apartmánových bytů a holandských vesniček charakteristické. Jsou zde následně uvedeny výsledky z průzkumu prováděného na základě dotazníkového šetření a přímých rozhovorů. V návrhové části je následně uvedeno několik návrhů řešení, které by mohli pomoci vypořádat se se stále řešenými problémy.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the occurrence of apartment flats and Dutch villages in the Czech Republic and its influence on the lives of local residents. It contains definitions and characteristics of selected keywords, an introduction to the history of accommodation facilities, a brief development of tourism in recent years, a description of individual organizations involved in tourism and their announced priorities for future tourism development. There is also a theme about paying local fees and the effects of building apartment flats not only on the lives of local residents, but also on the whole environment. The analytical part provides a comprehensive set of information on selected areas that are characteristic of the appearance of apartment flats and Dutch villages. Subsequently, the results of a survey based on a questionnaire survey and direct interviews are presented. There are several suggestions for solutions in the design section that could help to cope with the problems that are still being solved.
