The factors influence ink drying on think printing papers

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo najít vhodnou testovací metodu k hodnocení zasychání tiskových barev na tenkých tiskových papírech, kterou by mohla společnost OP papírna, s.r.o. v běžném provozu aplikovat. Konkrétně byly testovány tři druhy nenatíraných tenkých tiskových papírů, které společnost OP papírna, s.r.o. vyrábí a na které se tiskne převážně archovým ofsetovým tiskem. Metody, které se zabývají hodnocením zasychání tiskových barev na papíru, jsou popsány v teoretické části. Pro vybrané testovací metody zasychání tiskových barev byly pro dané typy tenkých tiskových papírů zhotoveny testy. Součástí experimentální části je také měření popisující vlastnosti testovaných tiskových papírů.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to find a suitable test method to assess drying inks on thin paper that the company OP papírna, s.r.o. could apply in normal operation. Specifically three types of thin uncoated printing papers which the company OP papírna, s.r.o. produces and which are mostly printed by sheetfed offset printing were tested. Methods that deal with the evaluation of drying the ink on the paper are described in the theoretical part. Tests were made for the selected test methods of drying inks for the types of thin printing papers. The measurement describing the properties of the tested printing papers is also the part of the experimental section.
