Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá politické a kulturní pozadí 60. až 90. let s důrazem na fenomén Britpopu a kapely té doby, stejně jako vliv Depeche Mode a Pet Shop Boys na společnost. Práce se zabývá vznikem Britpopu, včetně jeho vývoje a klíčových kapel, a poté detailně analyzuje Depeche Mode a Pet Shop Boys, včetně jejich původu, tvorby a úspěšných alb. This bachelor's thesis examines the political and cultural background of the 1960s to the 1990s, with a focus on the Britpop phenomenon and the bands of that era, as well as the impact of Depeche Mode and Pet Shop Boys on society.
