Diplomová práce je teoreticko-výzkumná a zabývá se syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků v paliativní péči. Teoretická část popisuje syndrom vyhoření obecně: co tento pojem znamená, jeho příčiny, příznaky, jeho hlavní důsledky a prevenci. The thesis is theoretical and research and deals with burnout syndrome in palliative care workers. The theoretical part describes the burnout syndrome in general: what this term means, its causes, symptoms, its main consequences and prevention.
