Design of a manually controlled robotic arm by a process unit

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce robotického ramene s pěti stupni volnosti. Součástí práce je taktéž jeho zapojení a naprogramování jeho pohybu. Teoretická část pojednává o možných variantách robotických ramen z hlediska kinematického řetězce a porovnání vhodnosti využití s ohledem na možnou odchylku vznikající v průběhu opakované práce. Následně se uvedou důležité prvky, které jsou součástí každého robotického ramene. V praktické části se navrhne konstrukce a zapojení periférií pro robotické rameno a popíší se hlavní části programového kódu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a robotic arm with five degrees of freedom. The work also includes its wiring and programming of its movement. The theoretical part deals with possible variants of robotic arms in terms of kinematic chain and comparison of the suitability of use with respect to possible deviation arising during repetitive work. Subsequently, the important elements that are part of each robotic arm are presented. In the practical part, the design and wiring of the peripherals for the robotic arm will be proposed and the main parts of the program code will be described.
