The Convention on the Rights of the Child realized in the institutional pre-school education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem naplňování Úmluvy o právech dítěte v předškolním vzdělávání. V teoretické části přibližuje Úmluvu o právech dítěte, její vznik. Zabývá se konkrétními články Úmluvy o právech dítěte týkajících se předškolního vzdělávání. Důležitou součástí jsou podmínky předškolního vzdělávání obsažené v RVP PV. V další části se soustředíme na osobnost pedagoga. Jeho vlivem na rozvoj dítěte pomocí motivace, individuálního přístupu. Popsána je zde osobnost dítěte, a vývoj práv dítěte. Důležitou součástí je také problematika v předškolním vzdělávání. Jedná se o integraci dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. V praktické části je ověřeno naplňování Úmluvy o právech dítěte. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit naplňování podmínek rámcového vzdělávacího programu předškolního vzdělávání a Úmluvy o právech dítěte ve vybrané mateřské škole. Objektem výzkumného problému je konkrétní mateřská škola a její podmínky vzdělávání. Protože se jedná o podmínky zahrnující věcné podmínky, životosprávu a organizaci, zahrnula jsem do dotazníku i personál mateřské školy.Pedagogický výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Bakalářská práce je zakončena výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in preschool education. In the theoretical part of the approaching Convention on the Rights of the Child, its creation. It deals with the specific articles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child relating to preschool education. An important part of early childhood education, the conditions contained in the FEP PV. In the next section, we focus on the personality of the teacher. His influence on the development of the child through motivation, individual approach. Described here is the child's personality, and development of children's rights. An important part is also the issue of pre-school education. It is the integration of children with special educational needs. The practical part is verified implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The aim of the survey was to determine the fulfillment of the terms of the framework of the educational program of preschool education and the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the selected Kindergarten. The object of the research problem is a particular nursery school education and its conditions. Because it is a condition involving material conditions, lifestyle and organization, I have included in the questionnaire školy.Pedagogický parent and staff survey was conducted using questionnaires. The thesis is concluded by the research results
