Diplomová práce pojednává o pojmu lidská důstojnost a její ochraně. Upozorňuje na možné výklady tohoto pojmu a popisuje, jaký byl historický vývoj chápání lidské důstojnosti. This diploma theses is concerned with the idea of human dignity and its protection. The theses addresses possible interpretations of the idea of human dignity and describes the transformation of understanding the idea of human dignity.
