Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou internej logistiky, konkrétne rieši otázky štandardizácie v spoločnosti Česká Zbrojovka. Cieľom práce je zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti firmy, a to najmä redukciou nákladov a zvýšením ziskovosti. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of internal logistics, specifically solves issues of standardization in the company Ceska Zbrojovka. The aim of the work is to increase the competitiveness of the company, especially by reducing costs and increasing profitability.
