Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou dárcovství krvetvorných kmenových buněk. V teoretické části je popsána kostní dřeň a její funkce a historie transplantace kostní dřeně. Dále práce seznamuje s registry dárců kostní dřeně a podmínkami členství v nich a zabývá se procesem výběru vhodného dárce a procesem darování krvetvorných buněk. The thesis deals with the donation of hematopoietic stem cells- The theoretical part describes the bone marrow and its function and history of bone marrow transplntation. The thesis also introdices registers of bone marrow donors and conditions of membership in them and deals with proces of donating blood stem cells.
