Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými oblastmi z problematiky mezinárodní licenční smlouvy. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy z oboru licenčního práva. V druhé kapitole lze potom nalézt jednotlivé druhy licencí včetně užívání pojmu licence v praxi, licenční podmínky či bezúplatné zákonné licence. The Bachelor’s thesis deals with selected issues relating to international license agreements. The first chapter specifies elementary terms from the branch of license law. In the second chapter, one can find various types of licenses inclusive of the usage of the term ‘license’in practice, license conditions, or free-of-charge legal licenses.
