Nájomný pomer je témou mojej bakalárskej práce, v ktorej sa pokúsim bližšie rozobrať uvedený inštitút z hľadiska historického vývoja nájmu bytu ako takého až po dnešnú platnú právnu úpravu. V prvej kapitole som stručne načrtla historický exkurz nájmu bytu so začlenením konkrétneho vývoja zániku bytu, t.j. akým spôsobom bol upravený resp. zahrnutý v právnej úprave od roku 1911.
