Financial evaluation of the investment project

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je finanční hodnocení konkrétního investičního projektu. Toto hodnocení investičního projektu bude investorovi poskytovat veškeré potřebné informace o výhodnosti či nevýhodnosti zvažovaného projektu, a mělo by tak eliminovat riziko investorova špatného rozhodnutí. Nejdříve se práce věnuje definování finančního plánování cash flow (resp. odhadu budoucích hotovostních toků spojených s realizací investičního projektu), dále dynamickým technikám hodnocení investic a stanovení diskontního faktoru. V neposlední řadě práce poskytne investorovi informace o diskontované době návratnosti investice, čisté současné hodnotě projektu a hodnotě vnitřního výnosového procenta.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial evaluation of concrete investment project. This evaluation of the investment project will provide the investor with all the necessary information about the advantage or disadvantage of the project being considered, thus eliminating the risk of the investor making the wrong decision. First, the work is devoted to defining the financial planning of cash flow (or estimation of future cash flows associated with the realization of the investment project) as well as to dynamic techniques of investment evaluation and determination of the discount factor. Last but not least, the work will provide the investor with information about the discounted return on investment, the net present value of the project and the value of the internal rate of return.
