Abstract:

Každoroční nárůst alergických onemocnění se stává nepříjemným trendem dnešní doby. Asthma bronchiale je nejzávažnější formou alergického onemocnění a stále se mu věnuje velká pozornost. Mezi další významná alergická onemocnění patří alergická rýma spojená s konjunktivitidou a dermatitida. Teoretická část této práce popisuje základní principy fyziologie imunitního systému a patologie imunitních reakcí. Tato část se dále zaměřuje na základní problematiku atopie a uvádí stručnou charakteristiku významných alergický onemocnění. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je také stručný přehled významných běžných i profesních alergenů a jednotlivých vyšetřovacích metod. Praktická část je úzce spjata s nejzávažnějšími formami alergických onemocnění ? asthma bronchiale, alergická rýma, alergický ekzém. Zaměřuje se na profesní alergická onemocnění přiznaná na Klinice pracovního a preventivního lékařství ve FNsP Ostravě-Porubě v letech 2002-2007. Ze dvou sestavených statistických souborů, výběrový a kontrolní, se zjišťují podíly atopie a provádí se mapování běžných i neběžných alergenů. Na základě statistického testování je vyvrácena nebo přijata stanovená nulová hypotéza. Nedílnou součástí této práce tvoří také návrhy preventivních opatřeních. Vzhledem k tomu, že na Klinice pracovního a preventivního lékařství probíhalo vyšetřování pacientů spadajících i pod jiná hlásící centra Moravskoslezského kraje, reprezentuje tato práce výsledky v rámci celého Moravskoslezského kraje.

Abstract:

An annual growth of allergic diseases becomes a displeasing trend of our time. The most serious form of allergic diseases is asthma bronchiale. Lot of people's effort and attention is still devoted to it. Among other significant allergic diseases belongs allergic rhinitis connected with conjunctivitis and dermatitis. Theoretical part of this work describes basic principles of physiology of the immune system and pathology of immune reactions. Next is this part focused on the basic atopy dilemma and briefly shows the characteristics of significant allergic diseases. The integral part of the theoretical section is also a brief overview of common and professional allergens and individual exploring methods. The practical part is bound up with the most substantial forms of allergic diseases ? asthma bronchiale, allergic rhinitis, allargic eczema. It is focused on professional allergic diseases that were admitted at the Clinic of occupational and prevention medicine at the Faculty Hospital in Ostrava-Poruba in 2002-2007. From the two settled statistic budgets, optional and control one, atopy quotients are identified and mapping of ordinary and uncommon allergens is performed. On the base of the statistic testing the appointed zero-hypothesis is either refuted or accepted. The integral part of this work is also preventative measures suggestions. Considering the fact, that at the Clinic of occupational and prevention medicine at the Faculty Hospital in Ostrava-Poruba patients examinations from the other reported centre of the Moravian-Silesian region took place, represents this work outcomes of the whole Moravian-Silesian region.
