Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním vybrané finanční instituce, přičemž úkolem práce je ohodnotit akcie této instituce a stanovit jejich vnitřní hodnotu. Práce se ve své teoretické části věnuje obecným postupům a zásadám hodnocení finančních institucí. Ve své praktické části se zabývá oceněním banky České spořitelny jako samostatné instituce i jako součásti celku skupiny Erste. V práci jsou použity metody finanční a fundamentální analýzy, za pomoci kterých jsou oceněny akcie společnosti.

Abstract:

The Diploma Thesis deals with an Evaluation of Financial Institution, the main Goal of the Thesis is to evaluate a Shares of an Institution and to determine it´s fair Value. The Thesis deals with a theoretical procedures and principles of the Financial Institution evaluation in it´s Theoretical part. In the Practical Part deals with an evaluation of the Česká spořitelna bank separetly and like the part of Erste Group. The Thesis is processed with Methods of Financial and Fundamental Analysis, wich was used in the process of Company stock evaluation.
