TARIC - Integrated Tariff of the EC

Abstract:

Integrovaný tarif Evropského společenství, jinak řečeno TARIC je systém, který je založený na celní nomenklatuře a aplikaci předpisů Evropského společenství na zboží, s kterým je obchodováno jak v intrakomunitárním obchodě (uvnitř EU), tak pří obchodování se třetími zeměmi. Zjednodušeně řečeno je TARIC „systém“, který po zadání potřebných informací, informuje žadatele o předpisech a dalších podmínkách týkající se předmětného zboží. Na první pohled jednoduchá aplikace, která pracuje a existuje ve virtuálním prostředí internetu a jiných zejména elektronických aplikací. Zdaleka ale tomu tak není, protože ke kvalitnímu fungování systému je potřeba zajistit potřebné informace, které vedou k jednotné aplikaci práva Evropského společenství a mnoho dalších složitých postupů sloužících k informování o specifikách vztahující se na dané zboží. Jak to vše funguje, aby výsledek byl takový, že pro uživatele je aplikace jednoduchá, přehledná a s dostatkem informací se pokusím vysvětlit v této bakalářské práci.

Abstract:

An integrative system of European association TARIC is a system which is established at a customs nomenclature and an application of legal regulations of European association for stuff with which is dealt in as inside of European Union as in business with third countries. Simply TARIC is a system which after an assignment of necessary information, informs claimants about rules and other conditions relevant stuff. At first sight there is an easy application which works and exists in a virtual setting of Internet and another, especially electronic applications. But it isn´t like this because for quality function of this system there is necessary to provide necessary information which create an united application of law of European association and many another complicated methods relevant an informing about specifications in relation to given stuff. How it works in order that a result was such that an application would be easy, synoptic with plenty of information for users. I´ll try to explain in my bachelor work.
