Optimalisation measuring methods of the space and subsequent preparation for furniture production

Abstract:

Účelem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit nejoptimálnější měřidlo pro zaměřování interiéru. Tato práce se v teoretické části zabývá historickým přehledem měřidel, metrologií, tolerancemi ve výrobě nábytku, statistickými metodami, softwarovou podporou, průmyslem 4.0, časovými snímky, analýzou trhu s měřidly a průzkumem mezi výrobními podniky. V praktické části je výzkumná činnost, která se zabývá časovými snímky u předem zvolených měřidel, statistickém vyhodnocení časových snímků, jak zaměřování, tak přenosu dat do nábytkářského softwaru a multikriteriální analýzou, pro zvolení nejoptimálnějšího měřícího postupu.

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma theses was to find out the most optimal gauge for targeting the interior. In the theoretical part, this thesis deals with the historical overview of gauges, metrology, tolerances in furniture production, statistical methods, software support, Industry 4.0, time frames, market analysis of gauges and research among manufacturing companies. In the practical part, there is a research activity that deals with time frames with pre-selected gauges, statistical evaluation of time frames, both targeting and data transfer to furniture software, and multi-criteria analysis to select the most optimal measurement procedure.
