Criminal intelligence and combat against organized crime – limits and possibilities in Czech Republic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kriminálního zpravodajství jako prostředku potírání organizovaného zločinu v České republice. Rozebírá roli kriminálního zpravodajství v českém prostředí a jeho použití specializovanými policejními útvary. Především se zaměřuje na způsoby použití jednotlivých zpravodajských metod a snaží se odhalit nedostatky současné policejní praxe.
Abstract:
The thesis is dealing with the question of criminal intelligence as criminal mean for fighting organized crime in the Czech Republic. The thesis explores criminal intelligence as is used in the Czech Republic by special police forces. It especially explains particular intelligence methods and tries to reveal weaknesses of current police work.
