Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se soustředí na problematiku mezd spojenou s výkonností podniku. Jejím cílem je ověření hypotézy, že mzdová politika má vliv na výkonnost podniku JEZZ, s.r.o. pomocí ukazatelů vytažených z finanční analýzy a pomocí ukazatelů využívaných speciálně ve stavebních podnicích. Podnik JEZZ, s.r.o. působí ve stavebním průmyslu, a konkrétně se zaměřuje se na zemní práce a autodopravu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kde v teoretické části jsou uvedené od-borné pojmy, související se mzdami a výkonností podniku. V praktické části je představena firma, provedeno dotazníkové šetření a provedena analýza pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V závěru je jsou následně vyhodnoceny výsledky a shrnuta doporučení pro firmu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of wages associated with the prosperity of the compa-ny. The aim is to verify the hypothesis that wage policy influences the prosperity of JEZZ, s.r.o. Using indicators drawn from financial analysis and using indicators specifically used in construc-tion projects. Enterprise JEZZ, s.r.o. works in the construction industry, and specifically focuses on groundworks and transport. The thesis is divided into two parts, where in the theoretical part are given the special terms related to wages and prosperity of the company. In the practical part the company is presented, a questionnaire survey was carried out and analysis performed using selected indicators of financial analysis. At the end, the results are summarized and the recom-mendations for the company summarized.
