Abstract:
Cílem práce „Oběh bankovek a mincí“ je analyzovat právní úpravu nuceného oběhu v České republice – její vývoj od roku 1945 s důrazem na porovnání současně účinné úpravy s úpravou předchozí. Další cílem je zjistit, jestli Česká republika plní kritéria pro vstup do eurozóny. Posledním cílem je vyzkoumat, jaká je v České republice mezi dospělou populací gramotnost týkající se oběhu bankovek a mincí.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis “Circulation of banknotes and coins” is to analyse legislation of the forced circulation of banknotes and coins in the Czech Republic – especially its development since 1945 with an emphasis on comparison of the current and the previous legislation.
