Bakalárska práca je zameraná na vlastnícke práva s konkrétnym zameraním na vlastnícke právo k bytom a nebytovým priestorom. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá charakteristikou vlastníctva, jeho nadobúdaním a spôsobmi nadobúdania, ochranou a zánikom vlastníckeho práva.
