Survey and documentation of a log house

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je stavebně-technický průzkum roubené stavby v obci Starosedlský Hrádek na Příbramsku ve středních Čechách, v oblasti Podbrdska. Výsledkem práce je zjištění stavu konstrukce a jeho poškození, kterému předcházelo zaměření stavby zpracované formou výkresové dokumentace, doplněné o fotodokumentaci. Výsledky technického průzkumu jsou zpracovány ve formě tabulek, okrajově výkresů. Celkem se stavba nachází v dobrém technickém stavu s výskytem množství kritických či poškozených míst, kde je vyžadován zásah a sanace. Na horším stavu se výraznou měrou podílí zanedbaná údržba, zvláště stav krytiny. Návrh obnovy se týká dřevěných i nedřevěných prvků a konstrukcí. Byl proveden také stavebně-historický průzkum a zasazení do místního kontextu. Stavba pochází z konce 18. století, dendrochronologicky datována do roku 1788. Nachází se v severozápadním okraji návsi v hospodářském dvoře, čelně je orientována na náves a boční stranou do uliční komunikace. Členění roubenky a dispozice je trojdílná s levou orientací a s přídavnou hospodářskou částí – tato dispozice je běžná a odpovídá způsobu členění roubenek z tohoto období. Práce se také okrajově zabývá návrhem možného budoucího využití objektu.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a construction-technical explortion of a timber structure in the village of Starosedlský Hrádek in the Příbram region in central Bohemia, in the Podbrdsko region. The result of the work is the determination of the state of the structure and its damage, which was preceded by the exploration of the construction processed in the form of drawing documentation, supplemented by photo documentation. Subsequently, the damage of the elements is described with the reason for the damage and a subsequent proposal for the restoration of damaged parts or elements. A building-historical survey and placement in the local context was also carried out. The building dates from the end of the 18th century, dendrochronologically dated to 1788. It is located in the north-western edge of the village in the farmyard, the front is oriented towards the semi-trailer and the side towards the street. The division of the log house and the layout is three-part with a left orientation and with an additional economic part – this layout is common and corresponds to the way of dividing the log houses from in that era. The work also marginally deals with the proposal of the possible future use of the building.
