Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování zakladatelského projektu na nově vznikající internetový portál práce. Teoretická část obsahuje pojmy týkající se zakladatelského projektu, za jakým účelem je zakladatelský projekt sestavován, pro koho je sestavován, jakou by mohl mít strukturu a co by mělo být jeho obsahem. Dále je definován pojem e-commerce, jeho charakteristické znaky a specifika. Cílem praktické části je vytvořit zakladatelský projekt na nově vznikající internetový portál nabízející pracovní příležitosti pro studenty a čerstvé absolventy vysokých škol. Práce demonstruje racionální postup při úvahách o zakládání internetového podniku, zvažuje reálnost a proveditelnost, shrnuje specifika internetového obchodování, zpracovává marketingový výzkum, kde analyzuje konkurenci, trh a poptávku po produktu. V práci je navržen způsob, jak vytvořit obchodně úspěšný web a fungující organizaci.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on the founding process of the project on emerging job search website. The theoretical part contains terms relative to the founding of the project, for which purpose the founding project is compiled, for whom it is drawn, which should have a structure and what should be its content. It is defined by the term e-commerce, its characteristics and specifics. Practical part is a founding project of the newly emerging internet portal offering job opportunities for students and fresh graduates. Work demonstrates a rational process of thinking about setting up an internet business, considering the feasibility and viability, summarizes the specifics of e-commerce, marketing research process, analyzing competition, market and demand for the product. The work is designed in a way to create a successful web business and functional organization.
