Tato práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku nově izolovaného kmene rodu Methanothermobacter z prostředí podzemního zásobníku plynu. Na základě molekulárně biologických dat a morfologické a fyziologické charakteristiky tento mikroorganismus taxonomicky zařazuje na úroveň druhu. Dle poznatků o fyziologii tohoto kmene pak posuzuje, zda je tento mikroorganismus schopen obstát jako součást anaerobního společenství …more

This work deals with the characterization of a newly isolated strain of the Methanothermobacter genus from the environment of an underground gas storage. Based on molecular biological data and morphological and physiological characteristics of this microorganism it is taxonomically classified at the species level.
