The use of investigative techniques in the investigation of the robbery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na objasňování trestného činu loupeže. V začátku práce si objasníme, co to vlastně trestný čin loupeže je, jak jej můžeme vysvětlit dle trestního řádu, co obnáší zajištění a postupy při vyšetřování loupeže a na co si kriminalisté při vyšetřování musejí dát pozor. Uvedeme si také nejčastější stopy a jejich zajištění pomocí konkrétních metod. Na příkladu z praxe projdeme jednotlivé úseky, které byly popsány v teoretické části práce, a zjistíme, zda se postupy shodují a v čem se případně liší. V dotazníkovém šetření zjistíme odpovědi jak na otázky obecné, tak i na otázky související přímo s problematikou loupeže. Informace uvedené v bakalářské práci aplikuji na metody hodnocení, které potvrzují či vyvracejí pravidla postupu z teoretické i praktické úrovně na daném případu z praxe.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on investigation of the crime of robbery. In the beginning of the thesis, it will be clarified what exactly is a crime of robbery and how is it defined in the Criminal Law. What is involved in securing and robbery investigation procedures. What criminalists must be careful with and what are the investigation procedures. We will present the most frequent evidence and the methods of their securing. We will go through individual parts which we described in the theoretical part and we will compare it with an example from practice, we will find out if the same procedures are used or if they are a little bit different, so we will describe the difference. In a questionnaire survey we will find out the answers to both general questions and issues related to the subject of robbery. I'm applying the information presented in the Bachelor Thesis to the classification methods that either confirm or refute the rules of procedure of teoretical and the practical part of the thesis.
