Abstract:
Akutní myeloidní leukémie (AML) je maligní onemocnění krvetvorné tkáně vznikající obvykle sporadicky ve vyšším věku. Určitá skupina pacientů však nese zárodečné mutace genů, které je predisponují ke vzniku AML zpravidla už mnohem dříve. Abstract:
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a malignant disease of hematopoietic tissue usually formed sporadicaly in older age. However, a group of patients carries germline gene mutations that predispose them to developing AML at an early age.
