Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem ochrany zemědělské půdy před vodní erozí. Jejím cílem je analyzovat současnou právní úpravu a přinést ucelený přehled nástrojů sloužících k ochraně zemědělské půdy před erozí. Jednotlivé části obsahují podrobněji popsané nástroje ochrany životního prostředí, které je možné pro ochranu zemědělské půdy před erozí použít. The thesis deals with the soil protection from water erosion. Goal of the thesis is to analyse the current legal system and bring a comprehensive survey of legal instruments for soil protection from erosion.
