New possibilities for the elimination of matrix effects in multi-elemental analysis of real samples by ICP-TOF-MS
Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na využití techniky o-TOF-ICP-MS při multielementární reálné analýze čisté kyseliny sírové. Byl studován vliv matričního komponentu síry na stanovení prvků a zkoumána možnost odstranění interference za použití modifikátorů. Správnost metody byla ověřena na základě analytické návratnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis dealt with application o-TOF-ICP-MS at multielement real analysis of pure sulfuric acid. The effect on determination elements from matrix component was studied and capabilities of removal interferences was researched by using selected modifier. Relative concentration were analysed to verify the accurancy of the proposed method.
