Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zastupitelstvem kraje jako nejdůležitějšího orgánu krajské samosprávy. Na úvod práce je provedena analýza jednotlivých voleb do Zastupitelstva Jihočeského kraje. Práce se dále zaměřuje na práva a povinnosti členů zastupitelstva a na pravomoci zastupitelstva jako celku dle platné právní úpravy. This work deals with an assembly as a main body in the South Bohemian Region. The objective of this work is to analyze its role in legal regularization. The first chapter pursues genesis of regions.
