Cieľom bakalárskej práce je oboznámiť s činnosťou Európskej centrálnej banky. Práca prezentuje významnú úlohu Európskej centrálnej banky v rámci Európskej únii. V jednotlivých kapitolách sme poukázali na predpoklady vedúce k založeniu banky, prezentujeme jej úlohy, stanovené ciele a oboznamujeme s jej riadiacimi orgánmi.
