Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám existencí de facto státu Republika Srbská Krajina, který existoval v letech 1991 - 1995. Teoretická část je věnována teoriím vzniku státu, suverenitě a problematice mezinárodního uznávání de facto států. In my bachelor thesis I deal with the existence of de facto state of the Republic of Serbian Krajina, which existed from 1991 to 1995. The theoretical part is dedicated to theories of state constitution, sovereignty and problems of international de facto states recognition.
