Modely hromadné obsluhy jsou důležitým nástrojem při snaze efektivně nastavit fungování systému s omezeným počtem zdrojů (obslužných zařízení). The queuing systems are an important tool when trying to efficiently set up an operation of a system with a limited number of resources.
