Rationalization of the Manufacturing Process in JAP FUTURE s.r.o.

Abstract:

Název této diplomové práce napovídá, že se práce zabývá racionalizací výrobního procesu, konkrétně ve výrobní společnosti JAP FUTURE s. r. o. Cílem práce je zvýšit, pomocí racionalizace výrobního procesu, ekonomické výsledky firmy. V rámci teoretické části práce byla zpracována literární rešerše použitých analýz, přístupů a metod průmyslového inženýra. Praktická část této práce prochází od představení společnosti, výběr střediska k racionalizaci, přes analýzu výrobního procesu až po projektovou část, kde jsou jednotlivé návrhy popsány. V poslední kapitole této diplomové práce je zpracována realizace projektu. Proces výroby je zde znovu podroben analýze a vyhodnocen oproti původnímu procesu výroby. Dále jsou srovnány a interpretovány ekonomické výsledky. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny cíle projektu racionalizace.

Abstract:

The title of this diploma thesis suggests that the thesis deals with the rationalization of the manufacturing process, specifically in the production company named JAP FUTURE s. r. o. The aim of the work is to increase, by rationalizing the production process, the economic results of the company. Within the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, a literature search of the used analyzes, approaches and methods of an industrial engineer was prepared. The practical part of this work goes from the introduction of the company, the selection of the unit for rationalization, through the analysis of the production process to the project part, where the individual proposals are described. The last chapter of this diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the project. The production process is analyzed once again and evaluated against the original production process. Furthermore, the economic results are compared and interpreted. At the end of the work, the goals of the rationalization project are evaluated.
