Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je trh sázek na fotbalová utkání efektivní a ověřit, zda se na tomto trhu vyskytuje tzv. favorite-lonshot bias. The aim of my thesis is to find out if the football wagering market is effective and to examine the presence of favorite-longshot bias on this market. If favorites win more often than the subjective market probability implies (and longshots less often), than exhibits the footbal wagering market an anomaly called favorite-longshot bias.
