Changes in gender roles in the Army of the Czech Republic

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením postavení mužů a žen ve vojenské společnosti u vybraného pluku a reflexí genderových proměn u žen v armádě a jejich společenský význam. V teoretické části se zabývá pojmy genderu a pohlaví, genderovými rolemi a stereotypy a jejich proměnám v čase nejen v závislosti na armádním prostředí České republiky a rovnosti žen a mužů v Armádě České republiky. Výzkumná část je prováděna společenským průzkumem, metodou dotazování a technikou sběru dat je anonymní dotazník.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the position of men and women in military society in a selected regiment and the reflection of gender changes in women in the army and their social significance. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of gender and gender, gender roles and stereotypes and their changes over time, not only depending on the military environment of the Czech Republic and gender equality in the Czech Army. The research part is carried out by social research, the method of questioning and the technique of data collection is an anonymous questionnaire.
