Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the business plan for the new established company called Growth Laboratory. Company aims to develop its new product – a book summary videos and introduce it to its target market. The business plan will verify the company’s plan and help to develop and achieve its short-term and long-term goals. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the business plan from the academic point of view by researching relevant sources and approaches. Results of theoretical analysis is implemented in the practical part. The thesis will cover the theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the business plan preparations for video content market in the social media.
