Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na procesní analýzu optimalizace toku materiálu. Teoretická část popisuje základy procesu a procesního řízení. V praktické části se práce dále zabývá analýzou a následnými návrhy na optimalizaci výrobního procesu z hlediska toku materiálu ve společnosti Gerresheimer s.r.o. se sídlem v Horšovském Týně.
Abstract:
The present master's thesis is focused on the material flow process analysis and optimization. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of the process and process management. Practical part of the thesis deals with analysing and suggesting technological optimizations of production process focused on material flow in company Gerresheimer s.r.o.
